Simon is a clinical psychologist with over 30 years' experience, specialising in working with adults to overcome personal challenges and improve their quality of life.
Simon began his career working with children, adolescents and families, serving as a senior clinical psychologist at the Albert Road Centre for Health and in the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service of
Austin Health.
He currently works extensively with adults experiencing relationship and family challenges, drawing on cognitive behavioural, family and solution-oriented therapy. Simon is known for his highly pragmatic, practical approach.

Karen is a social worker, teacher and child, adolescent and family psychotherapist with over 40 years of experience. She specialises in working with children and adolescents in the context of their families, with extensive expertise in emotion coaching, group therapy, and workforce training.
A former senior clinical child and adolescent psychotherapist at Austin Health's CAMHS, Karen is also a family therapist in Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and an active researcher in international collaborations.
Karen draws upon narrative, family therapy and psychotherapy approaches to achieve targeted, real-life, pragmatic solutions, and consults to Government departments, NFP organisations and private groups across Australia.
